Estimated shipping time:

  • 1-2 weeks – Europe
  • 2-3 weeks – USA, Canada, Australia
  • 3-4 weeks – everywhere else
If you can’t wait to get your Grobert Effects pedal, you can pay 39$ extra for 5-7 days FedEx courier service. The estimated shipping time is about 1 week all over the world.

Lifetime Warranty

Every pedal is covered by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. If you’ll ever find out that something doesn’t work as it should and it’s not your fault, the pedal fill be fixed free of extra charge excluding shipping costs. The warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage.

The warranty procedure is simple. Just write me an email with detailed description of a unit fault, date of purchase, your name, phone number and address details for return shipment.  After warranty confirmation, you will get the address to send the pedal for repair. If you feel the problem is complicated or unusual, you can even send me a video of what’s wrong with the pedal in your opinion. I’m here to help you! Many problems can be solved online as they don’t lay in the device itself.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 2 weeks of your delivery date. The order will be refunded minus any shipping and customs fees after I verify that the pedal shows no signs of use. Returned pedal must come in the original box, but the box itself doesn’t need to look perfect. The verification takes up to 5 business days. I recommend registering your parcel – I don’t take responsibility for lost return packages. If the returned pedal shows visible signs of wear, the refund amount will be reduced.
